hunting stock wood furniture

Recommended Posts

You can buy a factory wood Saiga .308 stock and it will fit on without much or any modification.

If you are lucky you might be able to fins a set complete with the wood forearm.

It takes some work to fit the forearm but it is well worth it and makes the gun feel completely different and handle much better.

Here's mine.

Taking it off's the easy part. Just remove the sling swivel screw and the screw in the front of the receiver, then it slides right off.

Making it fit an S-12 requires some woodworking skills. You will need to hollow out the inside walls to clear the much larger barrel and gas block. Then you will need to drill a new hole for the mounting screw. Just be careful not to split the piece in two while you are working on it. That sux...trust me... :cryss:
