Saiga-12's in Canada

Recommended Posts

Well these are on the PROHIBITED list, so I doubt ANY Saiga can be imported into Canada, even though there are grandfathered Kalashnikov type firearms in Canada, the first AK I ever held was a Norinco.

Funny thing about the list, the Canadian Government screwed up and gave Valmets to the Inuit, they realized what they did but kept it hush hush so they didn't look stupid!, Guess what, people found out!

Hi There - thanks for the link and the info from the last two posts. As for the 'desperate noob' comment - not really. Just hoping for some helpful information (which I received thanks).

Yeah, I realise that AK's are on the prohibited list. That's why I was wondering if Saiga's were as well since they're based off of that AK action. Rules here are messed up. Just like 'assisted opening' knives are perfectly legal, but switchblades and balisong aren't... wtf? And why would an AK be prohibited if it's semi-auto? Don't know myself...

Anyway - thanks for the information guys. I'm assuming that Saiga's are off the list (until I find out otherwise) - so I'll have to be happy with my Valtro PM5.

Regards,

T

Sounds like a really desperate noob. Noob, I mean xizor you should start by asking your LPD.

I signed up, just to respond to this ass-clown -> Saiga12fan, I bet the main reason you *claim* to own sooo many guns is cuz in real life, that big mouth of yours would get your in-bred, scrawny ass kicked.

Take moment from surfing all that Asian tranny porn and look up the meaning of "community".

Loser.
