reedmosser 0
Hey I have a saiga with the threaded barrel for choke's and I want to use the chokes and muzzle break at the same time. Can I put a choke in and put a muzzle break on with set screws. Also what aftermarket stock options are available. I am just wondering, waiting for my saiga to come in. Makc 64
I'm trying to imagine how you're gonna put a muzzle break and than a choke on one bbl....... and having a VERY hard time!!!
Silverfox 0
ive never seen a removable combo. part like that made for a shotgun... but a gunsmith/barrel manufacturer could 'probably' machine a muzzle break into your existing barrel whether or not its choked or threaded , i have seen that done , just not on an imported gun...no idea about the legality or cost... loandr. 0
why ....my barrel is threaded interenally for various chokes...while my Muzzle brake is attached on outside of barrel with hex screws, great little setup BUT sure NO problem :-) easy to picture correct ? loandr. Hence No problem at all! Edited September 14, 2003 by loandr.

reedmosser 0
Where did you buy the muzzle break with the set screws. Have you ever had any problem with the serews coming loose under all that stress. Thanks Reed
StarLynx 0
I don't think I'd want a set screw set up on the end of that barrel?..Especially shooting 3" mags...the end of that barrel really gets its "BELL Rung" ..I've seen problems with Silencers secured by set screws..really cause a heart ache for a shooter...:-(
loandr. 0
ebay and nope so far no problemo :-)

StarLynx 0
That looks pretty sharp...have ya tried that one yet??
loandr. 0
yep, its on my gun, as mentioned allows use of chokes if barrel internally threaded. A little dab of Locktite dosent hurt for those extended shooting sessions :-) loandr. Thanks for help with the pic! Edited September 30, 2003 by loandr.
JiiKoo 0
Has anyone tried to install Cutts Compensator to Saiga? Does it work as promised? http://www.outdoorsuperstore.com/store/pro...TOR+CHOKE+TUBES
Bvamp 604
I just use a re-threaded ported full turkey choke on mine....I fire 3" buckshot out of my saiga with it and it helps noticeably, though not tremendously. havent tried the fancier turkey chokes with it tho.
