Davehal9000 0
How hard is it to mount a Poly Choke after cutting down a barrel? I know the barrel diameter will be off because of the taper. Is this even feasible for the average AK smith or is it a total pain in the ass?
6500rpm 670
If the barrel wall thickness looks consistant all the way around, then Dinzag rents out a barrel tat kit for re-threading the barrel so you can just screw it, or any other muzzle device with OEM threads. It's my understanding that the barrels are extruded and wall tickness varriation can be extreme in "some" cases. If its not consistant, then your best bet is to have the barrel turned on center in a lathe to true your exterior diameter to the barrel center and then thread. nsa400 11
Cut my s-12 with a chop saw, and installed Tromix shark brake. It was simple.
