Pre-production samples were shipped to forum members for testing, and the reviews were RAVES. The drum is a winner and will be produced, but Mike has OCD about the product with his name on it and therefore insists on making it absolutely perfect. This is good for you whether you like it or not. BE PATIENT!!!!! If you pre-paid and are worried about the 2 or three hundred bucks you spent on the pre-order because you need or need that money for something else, then I guess you probably couldn't afford the drum(s) in the first place. In that case you shouldn't hold Mike accountable for your inability to manage your finances, OR MORE IMPORTANTLY your inability to read the order info on his website prior to your purchase. If you really need the money, I will buy your pre-order. Just cancel it with Mike and tell him to charge me. I want your drums. Accept the fact that you don't know anything about prototyping and trying to bring an injection-molded product to market. Trust in Mike. There is alot of cost in producing something like this.It is a large undertaking. I KNEW GOING IN THAT I WOULD BE WAITING A LONG TIME. MIKE HAS BEEN STRAIGHT UP WITH ALL OF US. Like someone else said if you cant let your cash float without freaking out than you should not have bought this. You were looking for a quick score and you lost. I too would love to have it already but its not like you have not gotten updates,it is coming dont you see that. Than maybe you should grow up and be patient. I agree that some responses are angry and nasty and are unacceptible and those people know who they are but come on guys GROW UP AND JUST WAIT! I have no vested interest in this but I know I will receive, not in my time frame but what ever it take it takes. YOU CAN GET YOUR CASH BACK IF YOU CANT AFFORD WAITING. Since people have been repeatedly asked nicely to stop posting in here about how they feel it is unfair or wrong of Mike to not spend his valuable time posting on the internet, instead of working on getting the mags done....here is what we are gonna do from now on. Starting with the last post that was made (which is now gone BTW) we will be deleting ALL posts in Mike's section that we feel do not belong or may cause further unrest on this forum. This is Mike's business section that he payed for, and is still paying for every month....until he is back here, and able to take up for himself and delete whatever threads or posts he feels do not belong, then I will take it upon myself as his friend and future business partner, to put out every fire that these impatient crybabies want to start. Whether it's right or wrong in your minds no longer matters to me. I am so sick of this crap I'm just not going to put up with it any more. I have done everything in my power to help people with their questions. Every single day I get PMs from people from all over, wanting to know what is up with Mike. I have to answer all those and still come here and listen to people bitch and complain on what is fast becoming an hourly basis! NO MORE! Post it and it disappears, simple as that. I told you all that I talked to Mike on the phone a little over a week ago, and he said for me to relay the message that everything is still moving forward and although there have been further delays, it is being worked out as we speak. Mike said he would be posting something soon, just as soon as he had something useful to post. All you people that need proof of his existance and proof that he hasn't run off with your money are just going to have to sit on your hands for awhile and wait for it. You will get it when Mike is ready and not before then. And before some poindexter starts in about how the title of this thread says the exact opposite of what I am now stating to everyone, please take note that it was worded that way on purpose by the OP in order to draw your attention here and be told to STOP IT!
