Modiano 5
I've been kicking around the idea of loading brass 20ga shells to kill 2 birds with one stone: want to avoid shell deformation when loaded under a closed bolt and I'd like to load some #1buck. The Saiga manual says to use 209 primers. Looks like the MagTechs use a large pistol primer instead. You guys have any comments or experience with these? Should an S20 be able to strike large pistol primers 100% ?
Vorpal 0
I used 12 ga. Magtechs when I shot cowboy action. I can't imagine your firing pin not properly firing the primer. I only used mine for black powder loads. If you need loading info, you can find it on the CAS City website. Vorpal
