chrlhg 0
I'm not exactly sure but in maine I beleave that the constitution states that gun rights cannot be questioned.
dnp 1
Yeah it is but I didn't expect it to be that close! The same four SCOTUS socialists as well as Reagans biggest blunder (Kennedy the international socialist) also voted against property rights of the individual in the eminent domain decision a few years ago. If Bro Hussein is elected prez he will be able to make it a socialist majority in the Court. Goodby US Constitution.
BuffetDestroyer 969
Check out the full text to understand how great of a victory this is: http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getc...mp;invol=07-290 I agree that it is scary that 4 of 9 people on the highest court in the country think that only a collective group known as the militia have the right to bear arms and dissented with this... Today, love him or hate him, Bush's two appointments to the court saved the Second Amendment (or gave it a fighting chance anyways)! The case report is fascinating as it clarifies the meaning and origins of the language that has been ruled against for the last 70 years by numerous courts and legislative bodies. All the gun grabbers are having a real bad day today!
