bigdaddyrandall 1
JUST WONDERING WHY MORE PEOPLE DONT MAKE HEAT SHIELDS FOR THE S-12 19" OR ANY S-
Navy87Guy 1
Maybe because there's no need for them. I've put 100 rds through my S12 in pretty quick order during a Suarez class and it wasn't an issue. I just have the stock handguard - nothing fancy. What kind of problems are you having? ILstMyMarbles 2
If you cut down the barrel so that the overall length including a brake is 18.2 inches, the shroud is THEN long enough. In doing so, the brake has to be permanently installed. The shroud will slip over a shark brake to install it on the barrel. See my thread titled "Barrel shroud for S12". Its on the 3rd page of Saiga12 section. Edited July 20, 2008 by ILstMyMarbles
