I have a couple guys that are quite good at working on them but am picking up some flaws in their methods. What I would like to know is if there is any materials I can get ahold of to study up on conversions? I'd like to know as much about them as possible since I've been put incharge of the program without being given much info on any of it. Any help you can give is much appriciated. There's really not much to converting them, it's the welding (of the extra FCG pivot pin holes and bottom holes) that some people can't do and the refinishing that are the majority of the 'out of common reach' stuff.
