IMO, that is not an unreasonable price for any name brand AR-15 package deal.

That being said, the actual value depends on the what laser, what flashlight, what red dot. often sellers throw a bunch of cheap crap in a box and pretend its top of the line custom, when you might be better off buying parts of a quality you actually use, one at a time, after you buy a rifle.

really, its a matter of what you are looking for, though, as i said, doesnt sound like a bad price to begin with, and if you like what it comes with, you would probably not regret it.

hmm, i'd get a gas piston AR with iron sights, screw the DI systems with the fancy crap, I had a bushy DI AR, and its great if you feed it expensive ammo and clean right after your done shooting, i wouldn't rely on the gun like i would a gas piston type gun. Part out that setup you found and see if its cheaper put one together or getting the package deal

did prices go up? about 6 years ago during the rifle ban i picked up a 20" heavy barrel bushy for 800 bucks out the door

honestly with all the ar15 to choose from you could pick one up for a good price. the only reason i forked out so much for my 1st rifle is cause of this
