CabanaDan 0
AK-308, there is no better up to date source on the net for ammo prices and availability than the link that I am going to give you. I had the same question months ago and had to find the answer on my own. After you open the link, scroll down to list, click on description and then click on visit deal. People leave reviews and update on a daily basis. Good luck and happy plinking. http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php?caliber=.308 Cabana Dan

Saigaczech 9
I tend to buy from Eric the Ammoman ( ammoman.com ) online or from buyammo.com. Buyammo.com also does the gunshow circuit. Eric has no additional charges to his listed price, the price you see is the price you pay. Buyammo. com charges shipping fees. Both sell in case quantities for those wanting to buy in bulk.

Thanx BEAR8U for turning me on to Brown Bear Russian ammo....and Thanx to Cabana Dan...I found a better price on the Brown Bear Ammo. I was trying to beat Wolf ammo at $188 per 500. Now it looks like $1,800 will buy me 5,000 with shipping. Thanks again, everybody.
Twinsen 86
I usually use Widener's for .308, they always have the best prices on that caliber milsurp, always. http://www.wideners.com Edited September 24, 2008 by Twinsen
buckandaquarterquarterstaff 5
Buy yourself a quality progressive reloading press. You can churn out that quantity of ammo over a weekend and probably pay for the machine in the first 2K rounds. Get a cheaper turret style press and you can probably pay for the equipment in 500 rounds.
Bravo 26 2
Dang. Remember the days of the 25$ battlepack at AIM surplus? -Sigh-
