Anyone have any caveats with this model (no pistol grip hole, etc). The longer barrel doesn't bother me since it's a .308 and I already have a 16" X39. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Although, the slanted trunnion could cause some problems with finding other stocks. I've heard Vepr stocks fit. Sorry if I'm possessed by Capt. Obvious here... Bayoupiper 738 Posted September 30, 2008 Report Share Posted September 30, 2008 I just finished my .308 and found out that with the Tapco fcg the factory safety would not engage. It is ground down too far. Simplest solution is to replace it with a regular AK safety. Or you can add some material to the Saiga one. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
