KC913 324
Just curious if anyone has tried these and if they're too wide to use in a Saiga 7.62 without modification to the mag. Alot of people complain that the mag body is too wide or something and the top of the mag needs to be filed down to fit into certain AK's. This may have already been discussed, but I couldn't find anything. http://www.tapco.com/proddesc.aspx?Id=8735...eb-54b87582688e They definitely look sexier than other polymer mags, to me anyway. Who's tried 'em?

bigsal 757
We ordered some of those mags from Cheaperthandirt a few weeks ago. I had a chance to use it last Sunday and it worked nice. They are nothing special, but seem to work well, look good, and feel solid. Cheers!
Vultite 57
wow, the "torture" test on their website looks aweful, for the gun....the guy doing push ups on the gun isn't torturing the mag........
Fixer 0
wow, the "torture" test on their website looks aweful, for the gun....the guy doing push ups on the gun isn't torturing the mag........ IIRC that push up comes from a part of Spetsnaz training mind games where you learn to trust your AK by testing it's reliabilty in ways that could harm you if it failed... KC913 324
I got one in the mail today. Here's a few pics: Not the best pics, but the mag looks sexy in person and locks in just fine.
U.S. Pratorean 1,234
Is the front catch lip and the rear locking lug steel or plastic? Plastic =Promag.
MP76 0
Hey, for anyone that knows, do you have to file the tapco catch lip, or do you need thicker like a standard AK mag, requiring the bullet guide, ect. Are they good to go on a nonmodded Saiga? Thanx. MP76
