csspecs 1,987
I got bored a few days ago..... So I made these for my Wasr-2..... I'm getting more plastic mags for my saigas Anyway I bump fired these a few times each with no jams.... had one jam shooting one at a time, turned out to be a ammo issue not the mag (case was to big to go in the chamber). Should be fun to use on my saiga x39 when I get the mags in to join.
moxie1c 3
Can you use the original spring when you do that or do you need to franken the two springs too?
csspecs 1,987
I was worried about just that... But as luck would have it they feed great with one original spring. Heck I think they feed better now then they did, the 30s are thumb busters to load these are fairly easy until about 55 rounds and then get a little stiff. I want to make 90 one day.... That would take a longer spring I'll have to play with that a bit. The whole plastic welding thing is a bit more tricky than it looks... I messed up the five rounder I tried to make (that was my first try with it).. Edited October 11, 2008 by csspecs
