Cagerattler 0
I recieved my side rail scope mount and have a 1x30 bushnell red dot scope that does not fit the rings. The mount I got is from EEA corp (ring model not weaver base model) and this bushnell red dot scope wont fit the rings. EAA says it will fit a 1" inch scope, the manual for the mount states it takes a 25.4mm scope. Can anyone give me a few red scope options/suggestions that will fit these rings, that are half decent, and that costs under $100. Thanks.
Makc 64
For the reference, 25.4mm is exactly 1" As for the Red Dot Scopes under $100 I'm not a big help - I never looked for one... You can get a Cobra for around $120 that already has a mount (you can return the one that you got from EAA (for around $40 I would imagine...)), or you can a get weaver base model (instead of the one you have - exchnage - they are the same money-wise) and get a weaver base mount Cobra so you can use it on any gun! Here is the whole thread about the Cobra (Kobra) scopes Also, take a look at this site - there is a bunch of other lower priced scopes (Look at all of them - as long as they are 1" - they will work for ya! )
BattleRifleG3 16
You can buy a weaver rail mount that attaches to the siderail for $40. Then you can put any other scope on there, including red dots. You can easily total under $100 and have more versatility. Go to gunsnet.net to find buyers for your older mount.
