I don't see how- it looks like the rail goes all the way through. However, if you cut a "track" with a cutting wheel on a dremel, and then hollowed out the middle part (like a router) to follow the same footprint of the factory foregrip's recessed area. Anyhow- I just bought this friggin grip, reluctantly, only to find out after the fact that apparently it doesn't accomodate slings.. if anyone knows defiitively, and if not, if you've made your own mod, I would love to see.
