I am starting to carry all of Tromix's parts as they come back in stock.

Right now I have the D-I-Y Trigger Guards and the Flash Hiders for those interested.

Hey Greg I have a question for you,..

which do you think is lighter?

the DPH x39 aluminum rail or the SGM tactical zytel forend?

I am going for light weight,..other suggestions welcome too.

DPHx39 weighs in at 1 lb 3 oz with top fillets, 15.7 oz without.

SGM weighs 9.9oz

Both are excellent products. Depends on which look you like the best. The SGM is extemely durable and lightweight. Here is a picture on my 308. The DPH offers much longer rails for accessories. I do not have a DPH on a rifle for pictures yet. Maybe Scott will post one for me if he's around.

I like both products and would highly recommend either.

Well that settles it for me, on this next conversion I am going for light weight, using a 16" instead of 20" x39 with skeleton fiber stock and this SGM forend,... any other weight saving measures any one have??
