Dip all your cases in hot rubber. That way when they hit the charging handle, they'll bounce off instead of getting dented.

 

Seriously dude, I think you're doing it backwards. Just put a little section of fuel line over your charging handle, or dip it in that liquid rubber for tool handles. The force will dent pretty much any case, not just the softer brass ones, even steel Wolf.

 

Not trying to rain on your parade, just seems kinda roundabout,

acre_saiga308 is right about not changing the load.

 

You must always remember that the load charts you see have been compiled after 1000's of rounds have been fired.
