Great info. I just got a saiga and it came with a Tromix DYI Trigger set in the deal. Have not installed it yet. Luckily I live about 45 miles from Kennasaw Georgia. Would have bummed me out to have too go over a trigger job twice to do it right. It's a bad one that needs to go back.

I still intend on converting my S12 with the tapco FCG, I try to double at the range when I'm qualifying as often as I can. It pisses off the Cadres, if you dont pull the M16 trigger fully to the rear it will do this (double) consistantly.

I am going to look at my WASR. It doubles a lot. I always thought it was because the firing pin was slamming foward with the bolt as the firing pin doesn't have a spring.

Well I looked at the disconnector, I didn't measure it, but the spring sticks out further than in the picture. So I guess that is not it.
