I called them the morning after I placed the magazine order, and added the Polychoke. These people are great to deal with, and Fed Ex had the box on my door step the very next afternoon! ParaShotgun & Bounce12, I would imagine you already received your orders, but if not, would you guys please give me your 4-digit order numbers and I will check on the status for you? As far as the phone being "busy" the only thing I can think of is last month we had an outage for about 5 hours, maybe you just happened to call then, because even if all 6 lines are busy you sould get voicemail and never a "busy" signal... It's all in the packaging. Pack it well and assume it will be abused. We got packages that look like they were fine and the plants inside looked like crap.
