Viper5243 2
I had an offer this week to buy some stuff and one of the items was a Tromix Complete AR15 lower. I know there are some HUGE Tromix buffs in here (an obviously Tony). Anybody know what a good price is for one of these?
BobAsh 582
It about the same as any forged lower, but if you're buying it as an investment (resale) you may find it easier to sell since Tony's reputation has grown so much with the Saiga project. What is the serial number (you can leave off the last digit, I'm just wondering if it's an early one)?

BobAsh 582
You sure it's a TJ upper? Tony built a lot of those.
Wakko 10
I didn't know Tromix has lowers. Who presses them out? Does he still make 'em?
Viper5243 2
Iv never seen them besides on their site. Owner says it was a custom JT. It's a Tromix 458 SOCOM lower with magpul M93b stock. Wakko, I'll make you a good deal on it when/if i get it. Edited January 30, 2009 by Viper5243
TonyRumore 1,332
There were 405 Tromix TR-15 lowers built. Serialization runs from TR-0001 through TR-0405. Only one of those left Tromix as a complete pistol and that was S/N TR-0010. That is actually the only Tromix pistol made to date. The only early ones that I still have in my possession are TR-0001, TR-0003, and TR-0006. Other than that, they were all sold to the general public. BobAsh 582
I have 2 of them myself, with consecutive 2-digit serial numbers.

Viper5243 2
One of these days (hopefully soon) i'll start getting all that cool NFA shit. Not sure about a SBR but really wanting a SBS or a Suppressor for my .22.
Wakko 10
Viper, it's addictive. Start with a can, end up with another can, SBR, SBS, and finally make the jump into full auto. Expensive, too.
Viper5243 2
It's expensive as it is without the NFA stuff. Trying to figure all the stuff out about a trust, if i should go that way. I think im going with a can first. Im currentally working on my paperwork for an FFL.
