bronxnative 2
i was web surfing when i checked out this site . for those cali residents intrested in legally shooting their hicap mags on there AR or AK platform. the site is www.monstermangrip.com
hallboss 1
This is only if you owned the mags prior to ban. I will have to look, but as far as I can remember there is nothing in the CA penal code that prohibits the use of high caps with a pistol grip. The law mostly focuses on the use of a detachable mag with a pistol grip. But like I said, I'll have to look. edit: Just looked and it appears what I said is true. NSR500 2
Caution!!! The "Non-Grip" clause does not apply to the Saiga-12 because in California a semi-auto shotgun with detachable magazine is classified as an AW. Saiga-12 are only legal in California in a "Fixed Magazine" configuration.

hallboss 1
just trying to be helpful i feel bad for the people living that state with those anal gun codes. i dont have those problems here in GA We appreciate the help and the consideration, but if BO has his way EVERYONE will have those anal gun laws. The 1994 gun ban is pretty much word for word CA PC 12276 and 12276.1 and from what I have heard, he will attempt to reinstate that ban permenantly.

MRboost 0
Yep for us Cali folks we have to use a "bullet button" if we want all the "evil" features on our guns. It really does suck. This is the same reason why I don't think a Saiga 12 can be a good home defense weapon in Cali. We'd have to carry around a tool to release the mag and in a panic situation, you might not have time for that.
