TronJohn 1
No I dont think either of those are it... there wasnta cheek rest. It almost looked like an HK G36 stock or something crazy. And it wasnt just the stock, it was also the pistol grip, it was all one solid piece I think.

Couchlock 8
yo dillwad, does that stock use a PG nut and screw or just the bolts on the tang?
wispa78 1
Are any of these the one you saw? Ace modular stocks Or maybe this one? Saiga Tromix
TronJohn 1
Hmm. I think the one that dillwad showed, might be it. Taking a look at those Ace modular stocks: i notice there are two that I like and will put on my 12, the "Saiga Fixed Skeleton Stock Set" & the folding, i will probably do the folding, unless the folder seems to be junk compared to the fixed? Also, I see that the Tromix stock and this Ace Saige Fixed /folding Skeleton Stock look pretty much identical. How well built are these Ace folding stocks compared to the Tromix folder? Can I add either one on myself easily (i have NO experience other than removing bolts, no machining) with just the removal of the bolt like I did in my mossberg? Or is there some machining required? lets take the name tromix off and just look at apples to apples. Edited February 11, 2009 by TronJohn

TronJohn 1
You have the main fixed stock? Is that yours in your sig? I am wondering specifically on the durability of the folding skeletons vs. the tromix folding skeleton though?

TronJohn 1
Do you have the folder too? Do the Ace folders come with the good butt pad, or do I have to buy that separate? I really like the Tromix, but honestly the Ace looks so similar... and they are only $185 How much are the Tromix folding stocks though?
