Drum must be in position shown Side pocket has room for extra shells Closure is snug at first but will break-in like a pair of jeans. Another pouch that works is the Lewis drum pouch and is my preference. (Pouch shown is empty) With a short strap hanger could be hung from belt or be made to adapt to MOLLE system (again empty pouch shown) Both pouches could be easily dyed black with RIT dye if you prefer a "tactical" color (I have one AK drum pouch and one Lewis drum pouch left I will part with. I just got a lot of 8 of them (US Army/ 2 qt size covers) from Ebay on this recommendation. And even with different-styled covers, not-a-one fit my MD-20 Drum Mags. I would also really appreciate getting the depth, width, and height (longest measurement where the drum is inserted into the shotgun) as well. I check on MD's website and he lists the weight, but that's it. I just was notified that my drum is in route via UPS and want to order a pouch for it. I use this pouch because someone else recommended it and thus I recommended it. I did buy a chineese copy first instead of an actual US issue and it was too small. The fleece lining in the cover gives excellent protection to the drum. was gettin a little nervous till i sw this pic. just ordered 3 of the exact same tan ones off gb. us made i know this is old but ive been digging trying to find a good cheap drum pouch. and this seems the best and least expensive route. thanks for the pics. I think they were $7 each, locally. They are a little snug on the sides and the "lugs" where the drum cover screws in catchs a little.
