The ATF has ruled the Saiga skeleton stock counts as 1 part because the grip extends from the stock, not the receiver (don't ask me their logic). You will need to go with US-made parts for your muzzle brake, and you will also need to replace 1 more part. You should probably go with a US-made handguard. I'd be safer, though, and replace an additional foreign part such as the gas piston.

Thanks, that's how i understood it. I like the be safe approach, but the problem is that I like the factory forend grip, so the one part that I plan to replace is the gas piston.
