frick 3 Posted March 25, 2009 Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 First, their email support of the purchase, from deposit, to shipping, was probably the BEST I have ever seen in the transaction. And, I am a huge critic, of those who are puds. Second, their manual, gave clear instructions on how to fit the drum to my S12, as well as great detailed instructions on disassembly, cleaning, reassembly etc. Third, the product, whether it works or not, is a WORK OF ART, the drum is esthetically pleasing to the eye, nice molded patterns on the circumfrence, just plain well done, some thought went into the production, fit and finish. I plan to try it out this weekend, and after that, it will probably be relegated to the safe, just because it does cost a pretty penny, and I have plenty of sticks to use instead.
