Ender 12 Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 I am in the process of machining a faux flash suppressor for my S12 that will accept chokes from my Beretta shotguns. While I have plenty of domestic content, I was wondering if a US made muzzle attachment using foreign chokes would count as a compliance part or if I would need to use US manufactured chokes as well? kresk 10,063 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 If a foreign component is modified into a differnent component in the US then it is considered a US made component, but just tweaking a foreign part in the US into the same part does not count.
