vintagedude88 16
I looked at Dinzag's site and I noticed that they have FCGs for converted and non-converted (factory) set-ups. However they only have FCGs for non-converted S12, S20, S410, 7.62x39 and .223 There is no FCG listed for .308 factory configuration. Does anyone know of an FCG for an unconverted S308? I'm looking to keep mine "Featureless" because as my name states I'm from the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia and I want to keep my mag release. But I don't want to have a crappy trigger like the one from the factory. Any help?
Raoul_Duke 113
I would remove the factory FCG and polish it real good. Then I would possibly drill a couple of holes in the bottom of my receiver and try a slight variation of my Redneck Trigger Job. After I fiddled around with it for a bit to be sure I think it would work out . . .
Bayoupiper 738
The factory fcg uses that crappy folded/tack welded hunk of metal they call a trigger. If a .308 must stay in a factory configured condition, then one of our intrepid machinists on here could probably cut a solid steel one for it... Hmmmm................... Rhodes1968 1,638
Take it to a gunsmith that does trigger jobs. That Saiga FCG is just a mess so my bet is thats the best way to deal with it, prob wont cost much over $75.
VincentYGB 0
Talk to Nate at Magnoliastatearmory. I'm putting in a Texas double hook and doing a little dremel work to the second channel.
trapper308 0
Removing it and polishing it should do the trick
