I just got another vkt apart from the one I have and came like it was out of the factory, bore is like new. Teemu 0 Posted March 1, 2005 Report Share Posted March 1, 2005 Hi. There are some mint conditioned m/39 for sale in finnish gun shops, usually with new stocks. The price is ~300$, but the barrels are in great shape, many times unshot. Finnish residents can buy them for cheaper straight from the military compound. It's hard to say if they will sale them abroad, but you can allways try.. If you have a friend/ you are for some weird reason coming e.g. to Helsinki, be sure to check what's available.. I would prefer to get one thats already in the states because I don't know what kind of legal hoops I'd have to jump though to get one imported.
