Anyways, I'll kind of lay out what I did step by step Step one: Completely strip the Saiga down to barrel and receiver. Remove gas block, front sight, scope mount and rear trunnion. Step two: Weld up all the holes in the receiver that wont be used, and the holes that are drilled into the gas block during the removal process Step three: Redrill new holes for the underfolder trunnion Step four: file slot for handguard retainer Step five: install handguard retainer, press on gas block and front sight Step six: cut new holes for underfolder trunnion and rivet new trunnion in place Step seven: refinish and reassemble Quote Link to post Share on other sites
