yes....more mosin nagant questions...

Recommended Posts

hi everyone, i joined this forum to see if i can find some answers about my mosin nagant. its an m91/30 dated 1927 with a hex reciever... and from what ive looked up, it was made at the izhevsk factory based on the stamps. but the other thing i noticed is that it has the flat rear site and globe front site... so my conclusion is that it is a dragoon that has been updated to fit m91/30 standards... is this correct??

sorry if that was too much explanation, but i just want to make it as easy as possible to identify... besides that, i would like to see if the other stamps it has mean anything but ill save that till i get a response as to not throw everything out at once hahaha
