7.62 clip on flash hider does not center...

Recommended Posts

Dinzag,

I purchased one of your clip on FHers. I can't seem to get it to mount correctly. Once it is bottomed out on the sight block it becomes canted downward slightly. My guess is that because there are no threads on the bottom of the clip there is room for the FH to move that direction. Is this a common issue? What can I do to prevent it? I'm not liking the way it looks...like a limp dick at the end of a great gun.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

I had the same problem with the DPH one. great idea, well made product, but the thing did not center properly. I just gave up on it and sent in for a refund. The lack of threads at the bottom will make true centering, as if the muzzle was threaded, basically impossible. I see your location is "the sticks" you should just try threading the muzzle for real.
