U.S. Pratorean 1,234
let me get this right because I can't be reading it right: your suppressor was OK-ed in about 4 months?!? This will make you ill. I have had several form 1's approved in 26, 14 and 5 days through E-files. The only shitty thing is that you can no longer file a form1 through eforms..it is still down..Back up with form 1s as of today.

MCASgt New River 10,037
NICE!! Glad to hear processing times are coming down. I remember when I could snail mail in my F4's and I would get approval in 3 maybe....4 months. Glad E-File is working for everyone!!
nipper2u 101
FYI - I just called the ATF to check on my form 4 paper transfer statuses. The checks were cashed in Feb 2014, the statuses went pending in May 2014, and I was told not to expect completion until Mar 2015. Ronin38 2,117
Sent in a Form 1 today, my first ever! (Will be getting the shoulder stock kit for a Kriss Vector SDP.) My LGS said that he is set up to do EForms, but said that he also received an email from the ATF stating, "Due to problems with the Eform system, please do not use it until further notice." Must have been set up by the same crew that did the ACA site! I'm hoping to have it back as as early Christmas present... maybe by then the stock kits will be available! IT'S HERE!!! Should be a nice weekend project to get the gun engraved and attach the stock kit.
blkgunlvr 31
I just picked up my AAC mini-4 and SWR Octane 45HD and their stamps yesterday. Individual paper Form 4s submitted on Jan. 31st, stamps in 6-1/2 months. My last two individual paper Form 4s took 10-1/2 months, submitted Feb. last year and stamps returned in Dec., so the process is improving! Now to get a couple of Form 1s into the mill! nipper2u 101
I have heard the same thing from friends at the local gun shop who have received theirs already. Unfortunately Form 3 and 4 still seem 6 months or so out from being e-fileable. My concern is if they will still be allowing the trust option for title 2 items by that time.
