kalashnikovian 0
I was wondering if anyone has installed one of these, I have thought about installing one on my 308. Because I am waiting for a new .30cal silencer. They have one for .592 dia. and .610 dia. barrels, which I need to get the caliper out to check out my S-308 barrel. I don't know what the O.D. is on it. But I happened across this and thought it mat be interesting. Thanks for looking. BTW, the website is dezarms.com. saigafreake 27
unless you can bore it out some it wont fit the heavy 308 barrel.
Reverendfranz 160
I looked into one, but it is aweful blocky, and not as adjustable as I hoped. I think this is a much better solution (though a bit more work, to say the least) Its an FAL gasblock, reamed to fit both the piston and the barrel (or perhaps sleeved, if the fal barrel is larger than the AK barrel you want to use, as are most AKs, but not sure about the .308) Very precise adjustments, and a much smoother profile than the DEZ block.
