Frankyoz 15
Ok what gives I put about 200 rounds through my saiga since converted no slap until the last 50 rounds or today. I used a Tapco single hook FCG. I went over the trigger to make sure everything looked up to snuff and it did, any tips, or am I going to have to shell out money for a red star? It doesn't exist in Tapco, Texas AK Triggers or RSA models. If the OP started out with no trigger slap, there is something else wrong with the gun besides the trigger. imarangemaster 315
The right leg of the spring may have shifted in the way of the disconnector.

Frankyoz 15
Ok so got everything back out this morning my rifle and receipts. After looking at the FCG I could see right away it had the extra material behind the disonnector. I ordered the advertised G2 single hook trigger from CSS what I got was a single hook trigger made by K-var. My only question now is why has this become an isssue but wasnt for the first 100 rounds. I'm sure it doesnt matter but at least I found the problem surgery will begin shortly.

The way I see it, you have two options: 1) send it back and get the FCG that you ordered 2) Trigger Slap Fix - Romanian Kalashnikov Rifles
Frankyoz 15
I cut off the offending material and everything is back together and in order now just have to go shoot it. I agree I could of sent it back but then I'd be waiting and I hate waiting for stuff lol
Rhodes1968 1,638
Ive noticed a couple x39s that have been converted have no slap until used at low temps, below freezing, and after a hundred rounds or so start noticing some painful slap that wasnt there before. It was Dinzag provided FCG on one for sure. I thought at the time it was just due to cold hands but now that I think further that makes no sense.
