TO THE FLOOR IN A 63 121
I am researching NFA Trusts and would like to take a look at some completed trusts to view the language. I am a Washington state attorney with my advanced legal degree in tax and estate planning...wills, trusts, etc. In the trust I just reviewed only the purpose and the trustees duties differed from that of a standard trust. I would like to see if there is more to it than that...??? It would really be appreciated if I could look at a couple completed trusts...you could black out the names, any personal information, gun types and serial numbers...I just need the basic language. You can pm me here or email me at stock_mini at hotmail.com Thanks in advance TO THE FLOOR.
Matthew Hopkins 1,065
there is no such animal as a "NFA trust". it's just a plain ol' revokable/irrevokable trust people erroneously call it a "NFA trust" because they use the trust if they can't get a CLEO signature on their form 1 or 4 Edited January 29, 2010 by Matthew Hopkins
