I have a saiga, skeleton stock, and with no tactical features added or any features at all for that matter aside from a scope mount and scope. Would my gun no longer be in sporter configuration if I added a verticle foregrip? I know adding a pistol grip would certainly make me have to comply with 922r, but with a factory stock, would adding a foregrip make it a weapon that would need the removal of 4 original parts for 4 American parts?
