Barska makes a bullet drop 3x9 I've got one and am very pleased with it and the $80.00 price of course everyone will tell you the Barska is junk, but I'm ok with junk it's never failed me yet. The only people who swear by expensive goods are those who sell it and those who buy it! Been using junk guns and optic's for 30yrs but I do PRACTICE over and over usually it's the shooter not the gun, be good enough with your gun to know when your scope is failing. My Barska also has illuminated reticle which can be used or not by turning a nob with 7 different degrees of brightness. The model is 3-9x42mm,IR fog, water, and shockproof.

PS it also has a bullet drop nob but you have to be able to know the distance by range finder or guesstimation, not sure that's a word.

Bushnell Banner w/BDC turrets/cams 3-9x40 $90-120 #71-3946..

Getting for my Janis (S308) next week probably.. Has a knob with 100-500 yard markings.. Cam D for me.

Read up on it and find a cartrige that matches (sorta) the ballistics of the 7.62x39 round.. Maybe Bushnell has a CAM not listed..

Iirc, the 30-30 has very similar ballistics.

The 30-30 is cam A.. according to the list I have for the scope.

Tons of options for scopes.. This is the problem..

I was going to go mil-dot but don't want to have to guess anything.
