BolivianAK 2
Is it possible to put an underfolder on a Saiga 12? I see them all the time on AK's, but never on a Saiga12. Is it possible?
sapper1371usmc 107
Yes. VanKiller (CGW) has made one.
evlblkwpnz 3,418
Absolutely possible. I have heard some say that it would be uncomfortable and the mag may have to be removed in order to fold or unfold. I'm not sure if the underfolder would even clear a 5 round mag. I saw a pic of an underfolder S12, but can't remember where it was. Another issue is the underfolder may be more likely to "loosen up" with the recoil of 12 ga rounds than 7.62 etc. I have always wanted one. Do it and tell me if you like it. It would at least look gorgeous
Big Boss 21
Why would you want a piece of rebar hitting you in the face? :-P If you want a quality AK folding stock set-up, go with either an AK-100 style solid folder or an ACE receiver block and a folding mechanism. Red Jacket 329
building it would be easy enough . I doubt I'd want to shoot it though
Ruffian72 548
Use to see Elite? selling them on Gunbroker. It's been awhile. Also had it in S-308. His quality/customer response was attacked often a couple years ago. Never did business with, so don't know. Cool factor (high), practical shooting? Have top line underfolder (7.62x39), less rounds fired of any weapon I have. Just doesn't fit right.
Moe Zambeak 53
I shot the one VanKiller made back in November at the FL Saiga shoot. I can tell you from experience that the stock held up better than my shoulder did, LOL!
