If it's a springy thingy spot welded onto the Saiga rifle's gas tube dirll the spot welds it to remove. Big bit & you'll likely go through the gas tube, unless you grind it off & then you ruin the part. Get a piece of spring steel & spot weld it onto the tube you want it on. If it's this part.
