highoctane 0
Ok so I ordered an M1A from budsgunshop.com . It showed it was in stock and all the good stuff so i bought it and boom. I got an email saying it was a computer error , it wasn't in stock and that they are sorry for the inconvenience . Ive been trying to contact them for the a couple of days now but they dont answer their phone or email back. Ive been trying to switch to a different M1A but no one answers. Is budsgunshop.com a legit place or should I start to panic???

rocinante 100
I ordered a pistol from them a couple years ago and had no complaints. Talked to them on the phone before i ordered and they were helpful.
chevyman097 2,579
I have never ordered from them, but I have talked to people who have. REviews are mixed. Mostly complaints about customer service and order errors, such as wrong products sent. Others say they had no issues. I would keep trying and hope you get somone......ill cross my fingers for you. Garys4598 1,065
I ordered a Smith & Wesson Model 617 revolver from them about a year ago. I found their service to be very, very good. FWIW.

HarvKY 72
From what Ive seen they have a pretty good presence & rep overall; from GBroker to various gun forums. If this is the Buds in KY, it seemed to me that there was some sort of split, expansion, or co-owned location that opened. I am not real knowldegable on them but my thinking was that originally they were in Paris, KY and now theres also a Buds in Lexington? Not sure about which is which re; original owner(s). My one interaction with a guy affiliated with them was very positive - friendly & helpful beyond required. Also, Knob Creek shoot is this weekend, starting tomorrow I believe, so they may very well be totally wrapped up with that? I know that doesnt excuse earlier lack of contact. Perhaps someone in central KY will see this and be able to give you more up to date & knowledgable info. My guess is that it will get resolved. Good luck Harv
Vultite 57
they are a pretty big dealer, you should be getting somewhere with someone, i'd keep trying.
chupa 34
I just bought a 12 gauge from them a couple of months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Keep trying I know they are very busy.
Arik 565
never bought anything but I did have questions I emaild them. They usually respond with in a day or two, via email
IndyArms 10,189
My buddy got a Howa 1500 .308 from them a couple years back. Awesome gun, great service, fast shipping... but again, that was a few years back.

highoctane 0
Thank you for the feedback. I finally got a response and everything is taken care off. But what did get me worried was them not answering the phones
shades_of_grey 1,092
Thank you for the feedback. I finally got a response and everything is taken care off. But what did get me worried was them not answering the phones These days, with a new, no-sunset, more restrictive "assault weapons" ban on the horizon, (oh it's coming, don't doubt it, Feinstein's just waiting for the "go code" from Barry), most distrubutors are pretty swamped with orders, (and phone calls), I'd expect. I'm glad to hear it worked out.
