Want to send out my Saiga for Conversion

I would like to ship out my Saiga 7.62x39mm and 7.62x51mm stock rifles to have them converted into the legal AK design version. Who does this work with the best Quality and Price?

does any one know of a place in michigan that will do the conversions??

converting the saigas to standard AKM configuration is one of the easiest home projects one can ask for with a modern gun. the only thing easier that i can think of is changing out a 10/22 to accurise it, or even better, "converting" an AR to a different caliber. some BBQ paint, hand tools, and a bit of time, and just about anyone can do it.
