Ya ya, you caught me before my edit of google spell checker toolbar... notice the time stamps? Are you still here?

Enough with this though I'm not going to steer this topic further from it's original purpose.

Edit: I don't need to explain myself further or argue

What's your order number. I'll see if I can get you an ETA.

And you are?

Willing to help.

I wounder if all the newbies that are so negative about the MD drums are from the competitors?

I received my drum and it is very well made!!!! Thanks Mike

doublestacks? :lolol::super:

It sure looks like the only reason they even come here is to bitch and moan about the choices they made. They need to cork up and move on. I'm tired of reading their infantile whining.

Created equal, my ass!

Wouldn't surprise me at all if the fucking whining noobs are indeed the competition.

Hmmm... Lets see, they are noobs, and the vast majority of their first postings are blasting MDArms business practices and the owner.

Yeah... Competition's trolls.

+1. That's one of the first thoughts as well. I haven't bothered posting in this thread because I wanted to see how the thread would turn out as time has passed. It turned out just like I, and I'm sure a lot of you, thought.

Before drums ship = What is he doing? He's a shiester! Why isn't he answering?

After drums ship = Gee thanks Mike. These are great quality! Thank you for everything!

Just keep doing what you're doing Mike. You're obviously doing something right if you're having thousands or preorders. MD has done everything that they said they're going to do. So what you had to wait an extra month or two. The first run of drums we had to wait much longer than that. It's just funny to me that people bitch about having to wait an extra month for something that costed nearly 3x as much. Go ahead and keep whining about your pro rated top of the line saiga 12 drum. You're providing quality entertainment for a lot of us!

I must be the exception out of everyone here, maybe there are more to come... or just hiding for fear of order cancellation. I'm kind of in awe that was even brought up, I hope saiga accessories isn't your main job. But then again you do have a loyal fan base on this forum.

I don't really know how to take that long post, there is some good stuff and some WTF in it as well.

After this order is in I'm going to think twice about ordering again, if I do it will be threw a supplier.

Better check/change your panties, cause your pussy is bleeding again... STFU!

EDIT: Fucking dumbass noobs... Mike is the Supplier/Manufacturer/Wholesaler of his product to the various Retailers/Dealers.

If you like kissing a manufacturer's ass because he builds a product you like that's fine with me. My direct experience with MD arms of ordering accessories directly off their web site is one of having to listen to pathetic excuses about how busy they are. Well hire more fucking people then, idiots. Worst attitude and customer service I have seen in the weapons accessory market. If Mike had any business sense he would have someone other than himself speaking for his company. I wouldn't piss on an MD drum if Mike delivered it to my doorstep with a bouquet of daisies sticking out of his ass.

The delays had nothing to do with being busy. I won't go into all the details because the piss would probably run down your leg while tring to comprehend what your reading.

As far as customer service experience do you even have any with us? It sure doesn't sound like it. We have very curtious customer service, unless your a crybaby bitch boy from the start. You won't get much from us acting like that, trust me.

I think I'll continue to do the speaking for my company. Lucky for me most gun guys have a set and can't stand cry baby bullshit either! And I sure hope you have a order with us for me to cancel, oh please, oh please!

After a little thinking on what you have posted and in the unprofessional manner you have posted it you have lost my business after this drum ships Mike. Yes for now you have a fan base but those numbers will slowly dwindle if you keep berating your customers in a public setting and threatening order cancellations.

Why is everyone so quick to assume a conspiracy? And who are Mike's competitors? He has a near monopoly in the drum market, at least until pro mag can get their drums to the same durability as an MD drum. (and FYI none of the other negative comments are my troll accounts or were influenced by me either  )

I'm not whining by any means, my issue is with the time frame quote. And the posted comments, mostly the posted comments right now. If you give a general time frame as to when the product will be shipped at least try to stay within it + or - a few weeks. Now I know you sent out a parts delay email a while back and I think you for that but even that time frame wasn't met.

Lets put it this way: Say you need a roof put on your house because your old one is getting a little old. You luck out and find a contractor that will do it cheap and he quotes you a time frame of a month and a half to get it done. This contractor starts working on your roof and is halfway done at the month and a half time frame he quoted you to be finished, you want to know why your roof isn't done and why he quoted you a month and a half time frame if he couldn't finish in the time quoted. This is where I am coming from, I can wait a while, I can forget I even ordered a drum and just be surprised when it shows up a year after my order; the question is is that right? Apparently the customer is never right...

I think you're getting a bit wrapped up in this.

It's a shotgun drum...not a roof over your possessions. I think MD made it pretty clear in the preorder that the final delivery date would be somewhat flexible. He also said that if anyone wanted to cancel, he'd be more than happy to refund your deposit.

I'm not a business owner, but I can appreciate the logistics of coordinating and receiving thousands and thousands of parts from the different suppliers needed to assemble the thousands of preorders I'm sure they received. I think the preorder offer was extended in January or February, and when did deliver start...early June? Four or Five months? Seems reasonable, especially considering that MD did send an e-mail updating everyone midway through.

If for some reason you needed a drum sooner, there were plenty available on gunbroker. If you want the preorder price (which you apparently do, since you seem bitter but are still unwilling to cancel), you'll simply have to be patient.

Finally, MD's drum isn't a made-in-japan assembly line knockoff. Read his dissertation in the thread on page one about the springs he uses in his drums to see the amount of research that was done on just this part. A lot of work, engineering and planning goes into these drums, hence the reason for the wait.

The only people being berated or being told their orders may be canceled, are the obnoxious assholes, making unfounded accusations/innuendos, thinking they know Mike's business and how to get product to market quicker, and crapping out their mouths about imaginary contracts and time frames.

Very few here have a real idea of the enormous effort to bring product to market. Heck, I have customer that've been waiting 3 months for a special order windows to come from a HUGE manufacturing facility, the windows are waiting on special order parts from another supplier... WTF do you think Mike has probably been dealing with?

People get tired of being shit on and start flinging the crap back, watch out, shit splatters.

Mike has had and still does have competition, and at times the competition amongst the products & companies has been on par with dirty election campaigns.

Read up on the rivalry between MDArms and Alliance Armament, no stretch of the imagination to think of Promag's minions trolling here.

Now go shove another rag up that bleeding gash.

This is a good response to a criticism. Others could learn from you, instead of being so quick to anger over something so petty. That's my 2cents...Not that it matters.

If you dont like Mike's customer service then cancel your order, never buy from him again and shut the fuck up about it. If Mike hired some hookers and provided every customer a blow job with each purchase you would bitch because the hooker didnt swallow properly. Keep up the nice work Mike and blow off these douche bags who have skunk shit for brains.

Woohoo! Mine are on they way now. 4 months to the day but I can't complain, I've got the best magazines available coming my way. The way I look at it is when you order something on a pre-order and there is a high demand, it is going to take a while. Be patient and deal with it.

I think most will find soon that MD has things rolling to an end to the wait in the very near future. You wil receive an order confirmation, if you paid by CC it will be auto charged and you'll get that notice, and VERY soon after a email stating it shipped. That has always been the drill with my past orders from MD Arms and the drill I received today. It very much looks like things are as he explained. Paid in full got shipped first (most likely out of order), then when that was done as units were finished the credit card balance orders are being charged and shipped as they roll out. Hope this eases the anxioty of some, most likely the next emails you receive from MD will be card charged, balance paid, shipped all in the same day. Only Mike knows how stacked up he is, but the ball seems to be rolling pretty fast from the recent posts.

Mike,

Just ignore the fucking trolls, there are going to be whiny ass bitches no matter what; remember there is absolutely no way to make these asshats happy... unless perhaps you hand deliver their order directly to them, walking the package to their mom's house in bare feet over broken glass and bring them a bonus of a dozen hot porn stars to take their virginity :) Just flag their posts and move on, replying to their posts is just a waste of your time. Anyone who frequents this forum knows the truth behind your company and your products, you don't need to provide any more proof.

Have a good one!

You really know how to make a great first impression. If it were your company then you can run it as you see fit. Since it's not, fuck off. You don't like 'em, don't order from them. Better yet, just go away.

That's weird.

This thread turns shitstorm after the things start to ship?

That just doesn't make sense.

I can only hope the quality of his product is as good as I've been told. In which case, the wait will be justified.

Oh, you'll be stoked.

The first time I dumped all my mags & my drum, 2 cars of people that were shooting down the road a bit packed up & left because they were scared. ^_^

These things run GREAT & are sexy as all hell.

Mike,

Are these guys serious? The information you presented with the pre-order of these drums was clear and you kept everyone up to date with your emails. You also offered everyone the option to cancel or use the pre paid portion toward something else. I have always received timely email responses. Thats dam great customer service as far as i am concerned. I received my drum several days ago and had no fitment issues. Let this crap roll off your back. They must be sitting around with one thumb in their mouth the other up their ass playing switch.

Just curious if anyone knows what order number Mike is up to now with regards to shipping. I placed my order the end or April and my order is 14xxx. I dont' want to bother Mike with such an insignificant question... I am just patiently waiting for my drum.

A big thanks to Mike, Lauren, Craig and everyone else at MD - got the e-mail today that my card was declined - I got the emails saying to reply if you've moved, changed bank info, etc. and I blew it off - always too busy.

They took my call, corrected my info and shipped the beauty all in the same day.

Seems like the little bitches out here are just taking example of another chance to hike up their skirts and cry like the little pussies they are.

My first experience with MD and my first drum!! All in all - I am one happy customer. Then again - I don't have to get mommy to hold my hand when crossing the street anymore either

Thanks MD ARMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
