SaigaShooter 0
why use a bipod? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> well, the bipod is left over from when he used 10 round saiga mags. He could use it to rest the rifle because with a full magazine it weighs damn near 20 lbs, but he can't because the bipod is too short!
JWysenski762 0
is the mag locked in? it looks funny, like too far forward like its not locked in. but ive never seen a saiga with a 50 rounder, cool beans!
IndyArms 10,186
I am not positive, but I think it is not locked in... IF it were... you couldnt stand the rifle up with the bipod.. He could use it to rest the rifle because with a full magazine it weighs damn near 20 lbs, but he can't because the bipod is too short! SO I think its like that for looks in THAT photo... ( maybe I am mistaken..) looks good anyways..
SaigaShooter 0
The mag is indeed locked in. what you can't see fron the shitty pic is that one leg of the bipod is off the floor, and the rifle is tilting away from the camera. We're going shooting on sunday, I'll get a pic of him shooting it.
