sapper1371usmc 107 Posted June 10, 2010 Report Share Posted June 10, 2010 Hello Cameron, I had made an order on Feb 4th for a chaos tri-rail, invoice # i00202. I had recently called (May 27th) and spoke to a lady about cancelling my order and requesting a refund. I was told by the sales lady that my order would be cancelled and that I would be refunded the product amount with it going back on my card. Well it has been almost two weeks and I have not seen any payment credited to my account. I tried calling yesterday and today and have left voicemails but to know avail. We sent a refund through last week but our system is kicking back saying "credit card trans ID is invalid" this could be due a couple things, maybe since the purchase was back in Feb the card company is blocking it.
