DogMan 2,343
I've been on the road a few days just getting away. I'm settled down at a campsite at Whiskeytown near Shasta Lake in Northern California. I know, Commiefornia. I came here for the weather,OK? Anyway, to my amazement I actually have an internet connection and can catch up a little bit on this forum. Just for a few minutes though and then I've got a Louis L'Amour novel (The outlaws of Mesquite) that I'm going to read by the campfire with the dog at my feet.It don't take much to please me. Life is good. Evening gents.
VoodooAK 0
Shouldn't take much more than a Louis L'Amour book to please anybody haha. My brother has a lot of his books. And California ain't bad for visiting, not sure if I could live there unless they loosened up on gun laws.

BronCobraJet 80
Nothing better in the world than just kicking back with your dog or dogs at your side. Nothing. Enjoy.
DrGonZo 157
I'm in Arcata, about 3 hours west on the 299 from where you're at. There are some effin beautiful camp sites out this way by the ocean. I highly recommend Patrick's Point If you get out this way. I think that Northern Cali Is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The gun laws blow goats, but its beautiful.
