If you do an internet search for Ghost Ring Sights for Saiga-12 you may find something.

Do you have the sight pusher?

A C clamp with a socket will do, or a vice. The cleaning git which came with the saiga has the AKM tool to screw in the sight post.

Ordered min last week, got here today. Easy install and looks good. I wish the bolts that secure it were hidden but for the money this thing is great. Now I just need to sight her in.

Do most guys remove the stock bead or leave it as a 3rd sight reference point?

Potentially dumb question: would these work in combo with the H&K style rear sight from a chaos rail system? Or are they yoo differeny in height? I'd like to maximize my sight radius and add to the "AK look" of a FSB type set up...

Most likely too low, since they are made for the S12 pistol rear sight.

Dinzag makes one that is slightly higher to work with an AK type leaf. That might be your best bet. Little more money but excellent quality.

I've seen them overseas. I think the forum store had them a while back too.
