Very cool. Another replacement part to keep our Saigas runnin. Soon, you'll be able to build an entire S-12 from the selection of parts you offer, Greg. :D

Working on it. The mag catch pins will be in next week also.

So this is a direct swap for a 2001 model and later?

And will this upgrade a pre 2001 model?

Will this fit your extended magazine release's for the S12?

Thanks for all the great parts.

HUZZAH!!

Oh Greg, you're the man, I've been in need of a new pin, as mine has been worn

on one side and tends to slide out after a while.

It's not "worn". Izhmash doesn't bother to peen, (or otherwise secure), the mag catch pins at production. They're just there.. nothing but variable friction to hold em in place.

I suggest you simply use a center punch to secure that pin. That's what I did as soon as I noticed it moving after a range session. Now, that bitch ain't goin nowhere without a lot of deliberate effort. :D
