LAK Supply 0
I ordered a parts kit from Mississippi Auto Arms for my S12, and they sent me two SAW grips and no trigger guard assembly. I've sent them three emails over two weeks and haven't received a response. Are they a little one horse shop and haven't replied to my email because they're swamped, or are they ignoring me? After three emails and two weeks I'm betting on the latter, but I've ordered parts from them before and not had problems. If they are aholes and just ignoring me... where should I get another trigger guard package?
Klassy Kalashnikov 1,393
No comment on your issue with MAA. If you'd like to order Saiga parts, Carolina Shooter's Supply has the trigger guard you're looking for and they ship USPS priority, you should have it in like 3 days tops unless you're west coast.
Paulyski 2,227
They're not a tiny company I think... Have you tried, calling them? They may be busy running the brick & mortar operation. specialk_31 0
I had a similar problem last month, ordered 2 mags, they sent 1. Sent an email and the other mag was in the mail the following day. Seemed like a simple packing error. Hopefully it works out for you too!
Rockina 60
CALL THEM, when I had a problem I called and it was taken care of, they are nice folks to deal with. Lots of glitches possible in emails, the internet and computers.... Edited August 12, 2010 by Rockina
hobbyshooter 59
Carolina Shooter Supply have proven themselves to be one of the premier supporting vendors. If I'm looking for something gun related I always check there first.
LAK Supply 0
Maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow... I just received an email today (two weeks later) that they sent an email on August 10th. There is no email from their domain on my server since the order confirmation email, with the exception of one of their advertising emails. I think I'll try Carolina Shooter's Supply next time for the parts I can't get on my own. Edited August 13, 2010 by LAK Supply
