They meet all BATF regulations. these mags are individually fitted and test fired before being shipped. The kicker here is the price, he shows that SHIPPING is $25 per ITEM, add that to the cost he's charge for each mag.. $35. $60 per converted mag is rather step! If these are converted mags then you need US made parts in your rifle. I'm planning to change my Saiga to have US made parts so I can modify it without breaking any of these idiotic laws. In the meantime, I paid $45 for a 30 round hi-cap Saiga mag. It's expensive but for one magazine but a lot cheaper than a lawyer and having the BATFE after you. German 30 round steel mags that fit and function in my AK47 and all 10 of them work in my Saiga as well with no problem.
